This study analyzes the queueing system on the second floor of Manna Kampus C. Simanjuntak Yogyakarta using a Multi Channel Single Phase model with a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through direct observation over four days during peak hours, then tested for distribution using SPSS and analyzed for performance using QSB+ and POM QM software.
