Problems such as lengthy supply chains, limited price transparency, and the absence of real-time information access hinder operational efficiency for fish farmers. These issues emphasize the need for a digital solution that can streamline transactions and improve access to accurate, up-to-date feed price data. This study proposes the design of a digital business application named Aquafeed Marketplace, which aims to facilitate aquafeed raw material transactions and real-time price monitoring. The development method includes several key phases: industry and market analysis, business model design, marketing and operational strategy formulation, financial projections, and feasibility analysis. The platform is expected to connect fish farmers, distributors, and feed producers in a more transparent and integrated ecosystem. Based on financial feasibility analysis, the business project shows promising potential. The calculated payback period is 3 years and 1 month, indicating a relatively fast return on investment. This supports the viability of implementing the Aquafeed Marketplace as a technology-based solution to enhance supply chain efficiency in Indonesia?s aquaculture sector.
