The business feasibility analysis shows very promising prospects with a Break-Even Point (BEP) achieved relatively quickly within the initial operational period, an annual Return on Investment (ROI) that shows a positive trend and increases significantly from the second year of operation, a very positive Net Present Value (NPV) with a reasonable discount rate, and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) that is high and far beyond the discount rate used. In addition, the Payback Period (PP) indicates a relatively quick return on investment. This business model has proven successful in turning waste into valuable products through operational efficiency, strategic partnerships with the food industry and waste processors, and the implementation of digital management applications, supported by the AIDA marketing strategy. Thus, Re-Produce offers a business solution that is not only financially profitable but also contributes to a healthier environment, with potential for further development through product diversification, geographical expansion, and technology upgrades for long-term sustainability.} }
