abstract: Many communities in Indonesia still face significant barriers in accessing healthcare services, due to geographical constraints, physical conditions, or economic limitations. Moreover, homecare services—which could serve as a viable alternative—have yet to be implemented optimally and evenly across regions. To address these issues, MedHome will be developed using a systematic approach based on the business design methodology from the book Entrepreneurship by Bruce R. Barringer and R. Duane Ireland. This method enables the creation of a structured, adaptive, and market-oriented business model. MedHome is a digital platform that connects professional healthcare workers directly with patients who have difficulty accessing medical services, focusing on providing effective, efficient, and high-quality care. The platform not only facilitates easier access to healthcare but also ensures competitive remuneration for healthcare professionals. MedHome’s vision is to become the leading platform in delivering inclusive, high-quality healthcare services by leveraging the promising growth of the homecare industry through outstanding service strategies and a fair profit-sharing system for all medical partners.
