This is reinforced by changes in consumer behavior that now rely more on digital platforms to meet their healthcare needs. This research designs the Pharmanect business as a proposed solution in the form of a pharmaceutical marketplace platform that aims to bridge conventional pharmacies with digital consumers. Pharmanect is designed to empower small and independent pharmacies to remain competitive through digital transformation without having to build new distribution chains. This research uses a business feasibility study approach that includes market analysis, digital marketing strategy (Google Ads and Meta Ads), and financial feasibility analysis. The analysis results show that Pharmanect is financially feasible with a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 1,988,924 (15% discount rate). Return on Investment (ROI) reaches 409% over 10 years, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 15.06%. The break-even point is achieved in the fourth year and capital recovery occurs within 5.13 years. This design is expected to serve as an innovative solution in enhancing the competitiveness of independent pharmacies while providing easier access to medicines for the wider community.
