This study aims to evaluate the success of the online system using the Human, Organization, and Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) approach. The study was conducted quantitatively using the Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) Structural Equation Modeling method with Smart Partial Least Squares SmartPLS software. Data were collected from 100 students across three faculties: Da'wah and Communication, Ushuluddin and Islamic Thought, and Adab and Cultural Studies. The analysis revealed that 7 out of 12 hypotheses were statistically significant. Factors such as system quality, service quality, and organizational structure influence user satisfaction, system use, and net benefits. Meanwhile, information quality, user satisfaction, and organizational environment do not directly influence system use or net benefit. These results indicate that technological and organizational aspects are more determinative of e-learning success than information or satisfaction alone.
