Aftrocom, a company engaged in laptop repair services, faces challenges in managing service data that is still manual-based, making it difficult for pelanggans to track the repair status of their devices. This research aims to design and develop a web-based laptop service application to improve operational efficiency and information transparency for pelanggans. The application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of five main phases: business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application generation, and testing and turnover. The technologies used include the Laravel framework for backend development, Tailwind CSS for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. The system allows pelanggans to submit repair requests without logging in, receive a unique tracking code, and monitor the repair progress in real-time. Black-box testing results show that all system features function correctly. Additionally, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) indicates that users positively received the system, finding it easy to use and effective in improving Aftrocom?s service operations. Therefore, this application successfully addresses the need for digital transformation in laptop repair services and has the potential to be adopted by similar businesses.
