Yandra Rahadian Perdana, S.T., M.T. abstract: This study was conducted to anticipate a problem in the company, especially for inventory management. The absence a method in carrying out inventory product, not infrequently companies often get problems in the form of overstock and stockout. This is certainly detrimental, the company also complained about how to solve the case purchases, namely products that are sold fast moving and slow moving. The company itself has not implemented an optimal policy this is indicated by the occurrence product shortages when needed and excess products not sold. The purpose study is to classify types of snack products based on the ABC analysis method and determine the amount estimated demand for purchases in following month with forecasting, safety stock, reorder points, and economic order quantity which are included in class A (priority). From the classification results based on the ABC analysis method of 90 type products, there are 54 products included in class A by representing 80% total inventory value, 22 products included in class B by representing 15% total inventory value, and 14 products included in class C by representing 5% total inventory value. From the forecast results, the best method is exponential smoothing with the result that the product bastik01 is 2.366,643 kg. Then, the determination of SS is 38,44 kg, for ROP is 239,25 kg, and for EOQ is 777 kg.
