description: Productivity is the key to a company’s success in optimizing the use of resources to maximize the output produced. PT. Ruby Artisan International is a manufacturing company that produces wooden household appliances. Problems arise in the production division which is still experiencing instability in achieving production targets, which has the potential to have a negative impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, productivity measurement has not been carried out so that the company has difficult in planning production optimally. The purpose of measuring productivity in the company is to find out how effective and efficient the production process. The use of the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method helps the company identify productivity performance criteria that are still relatively low and determine the productivity index, while the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the weight of each criterion. The results showed that the highest increase in productivity index occurred in April 2024 reaching 80,31%, while the lowest decrease occurred in May 2024, reaching -49,75%. Based on the analysis using the integration of 5 Whys Analysis with the Fishbone Diagram approach, the decrease in productivity was caused by 5 factors, namely Method, Machine, Man, Material, and Environment. Proposed improvements for the company include conducting weekly work evaluation, distributing tasks evenly to workers, scheduling regular machine maintenance, making SOPs in each production section, checking the raw material storage area before production, and rearranging the work layout to improve operator comfort.
