Indozamzam Pratama is a backpack manufacturing company located in Bantul, Yogyakarta, which has never conducted productivity measurement since its establishment in 2013. This has led to difficulties in evaluating production efficiency and formulating performance improvement strategies. This study aims to measure the productivity of the production department during the 2024 period using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method combined with the Traffic Light System (TLS). The measurement focuses on five main criteria: sewing machine utilization, labor utilization, energy consumption, raw material utilization, and defective product ratio. The results indicate that the company’s productivity is fluctuating, with the highest score of 564 in March and the lowest score of 33 in July. The highest weighted criterion is raw material utilization, with a weight of 0.36896. Analysis using the Fishbone Diagram identifies that the main factors contributing to low productivity are related to work methods, particularly the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), weak production planning, and lack of proper record-keeping as a control system. This productivity assessment is expected to support the company in developing more accurate and effective strategies for improving production performance. %Z Dr. Ir.
