%X This research aims to analyze the feasibility of investing in LG 9 kg top loading washing machines and Diamante 10.5 kg gas dryer machines planned to be operated at Laundry De Kimpling, located in Jogokariyan, Mantrijeron, Yogyakarta. The initial stage of the study was carried out by forecasting the demand for laundry services in the future period using the Holt Winters Method, Naïve Method, and Least Square Method forecasting methods. After the demand projection was obtained, an investment feasibility analysis was carried out using three methods, namely Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Payback Period (PP). Based on the results of the analysis of the three methods, it was found that the investment was feasible to be realized. The Payback Period value was recorded at 1.7 months, BEP units of 2.310 kg, and BEP in rupiah of Rp. 11.550.000. Meanwhile, NPV showed a positive value of Rp. 2.848.320. Therefore, it can be concluded that the investment in LG 9 kg top loading washing machines and Diamante 10.5 kg gas dryer machines meets the financial feasibility criteria and is feasible to implement.
