Fatih Alumunium is a business engaged in the sale of windows, doors, cabinets made of aluminum, which is highly dependent on the availability of quality raw materials to support its operations. The problem faced by UD. Fatih Alumunium is that the supplier selection process is still carried out conventionally by focusing on one main criterion, namely price, without considering the relationship between more complex criteria. This resulted in the discovery of rejects caused by dented and blistered raw materials. The method used in this research is Analytic Network Process (ANP) to determine which criteria should be prioritized based on priority weights. There are 5 criteria used, namely price, quality, service, geographic location, and delivery. The 12 sub-criteria selected are bid price, discount, payment method, quality of raw materials, condition of raw materials, ease of communication, speed of response, warranty and complaint services, geographical proximity, on time delivery, flexibility of delivery time, and transportation costs. Then, there are 4 alternative suppliers in this study, namely supplier HM, supplier AM, supplier AX, and supplier DM. Based on the results of data processing, the quality criteria with a weight of 0.323317, price with a weight of 0.300985, service with a weight of 0.068788, delivery with a weight of 0.064197, and geographic location with a weight of 0.028926 are obtained. This means that quality criteria are the top priority. Then, in the sub-criteria that has the highest priority, namely the quality of raw materials with a weight of 0.191370.
