Dwi Agustina Kurniawati, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D, IPM, ASEAN Eng. abstract: The implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is crucial in minimizing the environmental impact of industrial processes, including in microenterprise sectors such as Batik Nologaten in Yogyakarta. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the performance of GSCM using the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) framework, which consists of five core elements of the supply chain: plan, source, make, deliver, and return. A total of 21 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were used to assess the environmental performance across the batik supply chain process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and field documentation, and analyzed using the Snorm de Boer normalization method. The results show that most indicators fall into the “good” category, with an overall performance score of 84.91. However, there are still four KPIs in the red and yellow categories that require improvement, namely: Energy Usage (PR1), Water Usage (PR2), Percentage of Chemical Use (PR3), Percentage of ISO-Certified Suppliers (SR3), Raw Material Procurement Cycle Time (SRS1), Percentage of Liquid Waste (MR2), Batik Production Cycle Time (MRS1), and Order Delivery Cycle Time (DRS2). The recommended improvements focus on enhancing resource use efficiency and providing continuous training for artisans. This study contributes significantly to the development of GSCM in small-scale cultural industries and promotes the realization of more environmentally friendly and sustainable batik production. date: 2025-06-02 date_type: published pages: 116 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Syida Elien Nashikha, NIM.: 21106060061 (2025) ANALISIS DAN EVALUASI KINERJA GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (GSCM) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE (GSCOR) (STUDI KASUS BATIK NOLOGATEN).
