Syafaul Mudawam, M.A., M.M. %T PENGARUH KEGIATAN PENGAJIAN TERHADAP KESADARAN HUKUM PEMANFAATAN PRODUK PERBANKAN SYARIAH OLEH MASYARAKAT DESA BEBIDAS KECAMATAN WANASABA %X The community in Bebidas Village is predominantly Muslim and actively participates in study groups ("ngaji" in the local term) that teach the principles of Islamic economics. The study group activities provide an understanding of Islamic economics and Islamic banking, as well as the importance of choosing economic products that align with Islamic teachings. However, in reality, many people still prefer to use conventional banks. There are still many people who have differing views about Islamic banking. This issue indicates that the awareness to implement the knowledge gained from the study groups into daily economic practices is still not optimal. This research is a mixed-method study, which integrates qualitative methods (based on narrative and description) and quantitative methods (based on numbers and statistics) in a single study. The main goal of this approach is to combine the strengths of both methods to provide a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the influence of study group activities on the legal awareness of using Islamic banking products by the community in Bebidas Village, Wanasaba District. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the average score of the respondents was very high for both the study group activities variable and the legal awareness of using Islamic banking products variable, with each variable obtaining a result of 3,625 and 3,579, respectively. Based on the data processing using SPSS Statistic for Windows version 30.0.0.0 with simple linear regression analysis, the significance value was obtained at 0,001 < 0,05, and the t-value comparison was t-count = 4,178 > t-table = 1,984, indicating a positive effect or relationship between study group activities and legal awareness of using Islamic banking products, with a positive effect of 15,1%.
