abstract: The development of the digital world has brought significant changes to people's lifestyles and ways of thinking, including in terms of accessing information. This also affects the way they acquire knowledge, where almost all knowledge is available in digital form. With these advances, Muslims understand how important it is to digitize science to make Islamic studies more accessible to everyone. One example of the transformation that has occurred due to digitalization is in the study of hadith, which is an important source in Islamic teachings. The development of technology in the digital era has brought changes in understanding and deepening the hadiths of the Prophet. With increasingly sophisticated technology, everyone can easily search and access hadith through electronic devices such as smartphones, and computers. Various media have been used by the community to bring the study of hadith closer to a wide audience, such as the creation of hadith-themed comics and videos containing hadith materials. This is what makes researchers interested in creating a hadith application with the theme of Islamic economic hadiths. This research focuses on
This research discusses an android-based application called "Islamic Economic Hadith Application". The model in this study uses the Research and Development (R&D) model where this research focuses on the development of new products that have been made. In compiling this study, the method used is the ADDIE method, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The application "Islamic Economic Hadiths" is an application specifically designed to discuss hadiths related to the economy. This application provides 40 hadiths that have a theme about the economy and are accompanied by a brief explanation of each hadith. The hadith available on this application is an authentic hadith sourced from the Pole of As-Sittah. The "Islamic Economics Hadiths" application is designed with the aim of making it easier for students and the public to understand hadiths related to economics.
The results of the design of the "Islamic Economic Hadith" application are assessed through selected respondents. The respondents taken from this study were thirteen students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, especially the Hadith Study Program. With this response, the "Islamic Economic Hadiths" Application can be evaluated and given an assessment for the service of the application. The final result of the respondents' assessment of the application of "Islamic Economic Hadiths" is to get an ideal predicate with very satisfactory results. Although the "Islamic Economic Hadiths" application has received satisfactory scores, it does not mean that this application does not receive criticism and suggestions from application testers or readers.
