One form is by mapping the assets owned as a means of supporting empowerment for their local communities. Many foundations have assets from the management of waqf funds, but few make them a means of supporting community empowerment. Al-Jenderami Foundation is a foundation that has succeeded in mapping its assets to carry out empowerment efforts. This study aims to identify the types of economic assets owned by the Al-Jenderami Foundation along with an analysis of how these assets play a role in the community empowerment process, and to examine the impact of the existence of these assets on the local community in the Al-Jenderami Foundation environment. This research was written using a qualitative approach of case study type. Data collection was done through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model data analysis, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was obtained using triangulation techniques. The theory that is the basis of this research is Mardikanto's theory, about community empowerment which covers the development of four areas, namely human development, business development, environmental development, and institutional development. The results of the study show that the economic assets owned by the Al-Jenderami Foundation contribute to community empowerment in various ways and activities. Such as through increasing skill, providing employment opportunities, and providing space for self-actualization. The existence of economic assets has successfully provided an impact on local communities that can be seen from economic, social, and environmental aspects. Among them are increasing community income, forming compact and harmonious relationships between communities, and growing community awareness to maintain environmental sustainability. %Z Muhamad Rashif Hilmi, S.Si., M.Sc.
