In the digital era, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are required to adapt and develop marketing strategies that are both effective and efficient. Murs Pet Care, as a business operating in the Pet Care sector, leverages various Google services such as Google My Business, Google Maps, and Google Trends to reach a broader audience. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation, involving business owners, customers, and digital marketing practitioners as informants. The findings reveal that the use of Google Tools enhances business visibility, builds trust through positive reviews, and facilitates potential customers in accessing information about the services offered. The marketing strategy is carried out in stages, prioritizing cost efficiency, ease of access, and responsive as well as educational services. Despite facing resource limitations, Murs Pet Care demonstrates that the appropriate use of digital technology can significantly impact customer growth and loyalty.
