Theoretically, it seeks to contribute\r\nto Islamic education management science regarding vocational policy\r\nimplementation. Practically, the findings are intended to serve as a reference for\r\nthe institution's decision-making, program evaluation, and continuous\r\nimprovement, providing actionable insights for educators and researchers.\r\nEmploying a descriptive qualitative field study, this research involved the\r\nHead of Madrasah, subject teachers, and students, selected through purposive and\r\nsnowball sampling. Data were gathered via in-depth interviews, participant\r\nobservation, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through data\r\ncondensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured\r\nusing source and technique triangulation to gain a comprehensive understanding\r\nof the program's implementation.\r\nFindings reveal an adaptive hybrid implementation model.\r\nOrganizationally, the program relies on the YPPMYD Foundation's business units\r\n(BUMM), student ambassadors \"Duta Masmaba\", and external MoUs. The\r\nprogram is interpreted in alignment with the school's mission to provide life skills,\r\nand its application is multifaceted, including practical-heavy coursework,\r\nextracurriculars, mandatory internships, and entrepreneurial activities. Positive\r\nimpacts include enhanced student skills, entrepreneurial interest, and an improved\r\nschool image. However, significant obstacles persist: limited resources (modules,\r\nfacilities), difficulty securing external internships, coordination issues with \"Duta\r\nMasmaba,\" student discipline challenges, curriculum disparities, and a lack of\r\nfunding from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, revealing a gap between program\r\ngoals and available support."^^ .
