"The rapid development of information technology in the digital era demands\r\neducational institutions, including Madrasah Diniyah, to adapt accordingly. At\r\nMadrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Imdad Bantul, improving teacher performance is\r\na primary focus in supporting the learning process. However, high administrative\r\nworkloads often become a barrier to achieving work efficiency and effectiveness.\r\nTherefore, innovation through the use of information technology is needed, one of\r\nwhich is through the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS),\r\nlocally referred to as “sisfo.”\r\nThis study aims to analyze the role and impact of implementing a\r\nmanagement information system on teacher performance at Madrasah Diniyah\r\nTakmiliyah Al-Imdad. It is also expected to contribute to the development of\r\nscientific knowledge and serve as a reference for other educational institutions,\r\nparticularly non-formal madrasahs, in utilizing technology to support teacher\r\nperformance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data\r\ncollection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation.\r\nInformants were selected using purposive sampling based on their knowledge,\r\nunderstanding, and involvement in the implementation of sisfo. Data were analyzed\r\nthrough transcription, coding, grouping, comparing, contrasting, and interpreting,\r\nand the validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation.\r\nThe results indicate that sisfo has had a positive impact on teacher work\r\nefficiency, particularly in managing attendance, scheduling, and learning reports.\r\nAlthough it does not yet cover all aspects of planning and evaluation, sisfo has\r\nproven to ease administrative processes and communication between the madrasah\r\nand parents. Furthermore, it supports the availability of EMIS data. Nevertheless,\r\nchallenges such as human resource readiness and system feature limitations remain\r\nand need to be addressed to optimize system utilization in the future."^^ . "2025-06-19" . . . .
