Students show high enthusiasm in participating in Aqidah Akhlak learning due to their solid Islamic background. The humanist-religious approach is considered relevant for fostering students' religious attitudes as it emphasizes values, role modeling, and meaningful learning experiences that align with contemporary educational needs. This study examines the internalization of students? religious attitudes through a humanist-religious approach in Aqidah Akhlak learning at MAN 2 Sleman. The research focuses on the process of internalizing religious attitudes and the factors influencing the success of this process through the humanist-religious approach. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytic character. The methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings show that: (1) The internalization process of students? religious attitudes through the humanist-religious approach in Aqidah Akhlak learning is carried out comprehensively through three stages: introduction, core activities, and closing. In the introduction stage, teachers create a warm and religious atmosphere through prayer and respectful greetings. During the core activities, religious values are instilled through dialogue, exemplary behavior, and empathetic character reinforcement. In the closing stage, teachers conclude with a prayer and guide students toward value reflection and spiritual motivation. This internalization process is strengthened by the teacher?s exemplary behavior and habituation through routine religious activities such as shalat dhuha, congregational Zuhur-Ashar prayer, tahfizh, and the Monday "Bersinar" program. (2) The factors influencing the success of religious attitude internalization through the humanist-religious approach include several key aspects: First, teacher personality and competence, which reflect noble character, spiritual depth, and strong pedagogical skills. Second, a conducive classroom climate that allows for open, comfortable learning and supports the development of students? religious character. Third, the support of religious activities in the school, which creates a strong socio-spiritual environment and reinforces Islamic values collectively.
