"Study This is motivated by the importance of developing religious character\r\nand disciplined character for students through the boarding school program. combining\r\nIslamic boarding school education and general education in a modern way. For this\r\nreason, many educational institutions in Indonesia have implemented boarding schoolbased\r\neducation, one of which is SahabatQu Senior High School, Yogyakarta.\r\nObjective The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern, the implementation,\r\nand the implications of religious character development and student discipline through\r\na boarding school program at SahabatQu Senior High School,\r\nThis type of research uses field research with a phenomenological approach.\r\nResearchers are directly involved in the field to explore phenomena experienced by the\r\nobject of study, such as behavior, perception, and action. Data collection was conducted\r\nthrough observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and\r\nHuberman model, namely, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing\r\nconclusions.\r\nResults: This study shows that (1) the pattern of religious character\r\ndevelopment and discipline of students through the boarding school program at\r\nSahabatQu Senior High School includes exemplary, habituation, advice, appreciation,\r\nand punishment patterns. (2) The implementation of religious character development\r\nand discipline of students through the boarding school program at SahabatQu Senior\r\nHigh School includes the implementation of religious programs, such as the five daily\r\nprayers in congregation, qiyamullail and dhuha prayers, tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an,\r\nand fasting on Mondays and Thursdays. This was followed by discipline programs such\r\nas Ossaqu (SahabatQu Student Organization), scout extracurricular activities, and basic\r\nleadership training. (3) The implications of religious character development and\r\ndiscipline of students through the boarding school program at SahabatQu Senior High\r\nSchool include religious attitudes and disciplined attitudes, such as the formation of\r\npiety in students, the formation of noble morals, honesty, politeness, and caring for\r\nothers, and the formation of disciplined attitudes towards time, discipline in worship,\r\nand learning."^^ .
