Objective assessment that does not take sides is very necessary during the process of decision making about policy one of which is the policy of employment contract continuation of training ICT teaching staff. The decision that is merely input-based instead of scoring assessment is still considered one-sided. Therefore, it needs a support system for decision making which is able to help give consideration to managerial staff to assess. The method used to this system is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) by six points of criteria. Those criteria include mastery and ability to explaining the subject, ability to answering questions, ability to improving attention and enthusiasm of the students, disciplinal days during the training, disciplinal time allocation during the training, and attitude. The application of decision support system of performance assessment of ICT teaching staff is built with PHP programming language and MySQL as DBMS. This web-based system will produce output in the form of processing performance assessment of the teaching staff with AHP method. This system is expected to be able to help managerial staff know the performance of teaching staff so that it will facilitate the determination of the status continuation of employment contract from the teaching staff.
