N2  - This prophetic does not only emphasize the aspect of religious rituals, but
also on the development of moral attitudes, ethics, and social responsibility of
students. Based on the implementation carried out by MIN 1 Sleman, prophetic
education is able to develop awareness of the importance of responsibility and
cooperation of students. The purpose of this study: 1. To find out the concept of
prophetic education on the character of responsibility and cooperation of students
through prophetic values at MIN 1 Sleman 2. To find out how to apply prophetic
education to the character of responsibility and cooperation of students at MIN 1
Sleman 3. To find out the results of the application of prophetic education to the
character of responsibility and cooperation of students at MIN 1 Sleman through
prophetic values at MIN 1 Sleman.
This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive method that
begins with exploration or observation activities to understand the object to be
studied. The data produced in qualitative research include words, pictures, and
behavior, which are presented in qualitative form. This study examines efforts to
implement prophetic character values in shaping students' personalities at MIN 1
Sleman through the Prophetic Education approach and how prophetic education is
applied to students' character of responsibility and cooperation. The results of this
study found that prophetic education is a construction of social knowledge based
on divine and prophetic values that are applied through humanization, liberation,
and transcendence. The application of prophetic education instills values of faith,
noble morals, and social responsibility to form intelligent and characterful
students. The results of the study showed a positive impact in increasing students'
responsibility and cooperation. Students become more aware of their obligations
and are accustomed to empathizing, helping each other, and prioritizing common
interests.
