abstract: This business plan addresses a real-world problem faced by the public in accessing personalized healthy lifestyle services, as well as the challenges for businesses in the sports and healthy food sectors in reaching the right customers. In response, GERAK is a digital online ordering application designed to create an efficient ecosystem between users and service providers. The plan utilizes Total Addressable Market (TAM) to identify the largest market potential, Serviceable Available Market (SAM) to define the reachable segment, and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) to establish a realistic target market for GERAK.
The business model is structured to generate sustainable revenue, with a Break Even Point (BEP) analysis serving as an indicator of the business’s profitability. With a clear growth strategy and intuitive UI/UX implementation, GERAK aims to make it easier for the public to lead a healthy life while also driving significant growth in this sector.
