%X The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in mobile computing and smartphones, has driven the widespread adoption of mobile platforms. Android and iOS are the two dominant operating systems. Within the Android community, especially among Custom ROM developers and advanced users, manipulating Android partitions has become a common practice. However, this process is often complex and requires multiple separate tools with numerous dependencies. This thesis aims to design and develop a tool based on a Command Line Interface (CLI) called RomTools, which supports various mainstream Linux distributions and can be run in environments such as Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and Virtual Private Server (VPS). RomTools is designed to simplify the process of Android partition manipulation for users. Equipped with a CLI-based interface featuring an intuitive numeric menu and informative error handling system, this tool is expected to streamline Android system modification processes, enhance technical user efficiency, and improve developer productivity.
