Teens tend to act impulsively without considering the risks, due to underdeveloped cognitive abilities, social pressure, and unsupportive environments. This study involved three adolescent offenders aged 12?18 who had committed acts of physical violence. Using a case study approach, data was collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis process included data reduction, coding, interpretation, categorization, clustering, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that adolescents? decision-making mechanisms were largely impulsive, with minimal consideration of moral values and risks. Both internal and external factors significantly influenced their decisions. Moreover, all four stages of Byrnes' (2011) decision-making process problem identification, evaluating alternatives, risk and moral assessment, and action selection were not carried out optimally, leading to various forms of physical violence} }
