This condition indicates a need for more interactive learning media innovations, one of which is through the use of digital flipbooks that are visual, interesting, and able to stimulate imagination and improve students' writing skills. This study aims to: (1) Develop digital flipbook-based learning media to enhance fifth-grade elementary school students' paragraph writing skills, (2) Determine the feasibility of digital flipbook-based learning media in improving fifth-grade elementary school students' paragraph writing skills, (3) Assess the effectiveness of digital flipbook-based learning media in enhancing fifth-grade elementary school students' paragraph writing skills. This research is a development study using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and tests, with the research subjects being students from class V A (23 students) and V B (24 students). The developed product is a digital flipbook on the topic of writing descriptive paragraphs, featuring interactive elements such as videos, quizzes, and writing skill exercises. The results indicate that the developed media is highly suitable for use, with expert ratings of 96% for design, 80% for content, 94% for language, and 93% for learning.
