This indicates that ACs have become a primary need for many households, particularly following the rise of home-based activities after the pandemic. At the same time, the growth of the digital economy has accelerated the transformation of various sectors through platform-based business models, which have proven effective in connecting service providers and users via technology. In line with this trend, this final project aims to planning a digital business called AirCare, a platform offering maintenance and repair services for AC units. The design planning process involves developing an effective and sustainable business model, conducting a financial feasibility analysis, and creating a prototype planning of the application. The methodology follows the business planning framework from Entrepreneurship: Successfully Launching New Ventures, covering market analysis, financial projections, operational strategies, and product development. Based on the analysis, AirCare demonstrates strong financial feasibility. The Break-Even Point (BEP) is projected to be reached in the first year, while the Payback Period (PP) indicates that the initial investment will be recovered within 2 years. A positive Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp1,243,218,549 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 45% reinforce the platform?s investment potential. In conclusion, AirCare presents a promising and sustainable business prospect as a digital solution for AC maintenance services.
