The establishment of tourist villages tends to be oriented towards fulfilling statistical targets without a long-term strategy, as well as a lack of technology utilization. This research aims to design SeeDesa as an integrated information system to help manage and monitor technology-based tourism villages for various stakeholders. Business planning is developed through SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces, and the 4P marketing mix. The results of the analysis show that there is a large market potential with village internet penetration of 79.79% in 2023, as well as the need for the digitalization of tourist villages which is still dominated by promotional aspects. SeeDesa presents solutions based on three main systems: Dashboard Monitoring, Operational System, and Promotion and Reservation System. In terms of financial feasibility, SeeDesa is considered feasible to be run with calculations based on Break Even Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) and Return on Investment (ROI) which show positive results. Thus, SeeDesa has strategic and economic potential in supporting the transformation of tourist villages in a sustainable manner.
