This study uses a quantitative research approach with a survey method. This method was chosen to allow statistical analysis of the relationship between variables that affect the economy of the community in Boalemo Regency. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to respondents, then analyzed statistically to test the hypothesis that had been formulated objectively.  The results of the study showed that of the five indicators used to measure the variables, there was a significant relationship at a significance level of 5% (0.05). Education, labor absorption, farmer income, and UMKM were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the income of the community in Boalemo Regency. Conversely, the expansion of oil palm plantations also has a significant ecological impact. Land use changes and reduced forest areas have disrupted the balance of local ecosystems. Where, land clearing by palm oil companies using burning or large-scale logging methods contributes to increased carbon emissions and the risk of ecological disasters such as floods and droughts.
