Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with purposively selected followers of @insightme.id who show interest in mental health topics. Guided by theories of perception, new media, and help-seeking behavior. The result reveals that @insightme.id effectively captures users? attention, delivers relatable information, and encourages initial consideration of seeking help. The platform creates a sense of connection and validation that supports early-stage reflection among followers. This study highlights Instagram?s communicative potential to positively shape audience perceptions and actively increase help-seeking intentions among Generation Z. A synergic approach involving digital media, mental health literacy, and accessible pathways is essential to strengthen the impact of media in encouraging actual help-seeking behavior.
