X hinders the implementation of digital-based learning. Internet access is only available in the principal?s office and the computer laboratory, while other rooms remain unconnected. Moreover, the laboratory?s connectivity still relies on manually relocating the fiber optic cable, which is inefficient and prone to disruptions. This study aims to design and implement a structured computer network using a combined approach of real-world implementation and simulation with GNS3. MikroTik devices are configured with Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) and Per Connection Queue (PCQ) methods to ensure fair and efficient bandwidth distribution. The results show that the network was successfully built with stable connectivity and bandwidth distribution as configured. This design may serve as a reference for other schools facing similar challenges in developing their network infrastructure.} }
