Religiosity, particularly knowledge and practice of religious values, has the potential to be a source of strength in facing these challenges. Islamic counseling, as a holistic approach integrating psychological and spiritual aspects based on the Qur?an and Sunnah, can help individuals organize positive thinking patterns and behaviors to enhance self-acceptance. This study aims to examine the influence of religiosity on self-acceptance among individuals in the quarter life crisis period. This study used a quantitative method with 267 respondents, analyzed through simple linear regression using SPSS. The results show that religiosity has a positive and significant effect on self-acceptance, with an R value of 0.513 and an Rē value of 0.263. The knowledge and practice indicators are the dominant factors in this influence. These findings reinforce the importance of the Islamic counseling approach in supporting self-acceptance during the quarter life crisis.
