The approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The number of respondents in this study was 150, selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used were a financial literacy scale and a self-efficacy scale. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation to examine the relationship between variables. The analysis results showed a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and self-efficacy, with a correlation coefficient of 0.488 and a significance value of 0.001. This finding can be concluded that increasing financial literacy among young people can increase their self-efficacy in managing and developing businesses.
