However, wages in micro-enterprises are often still below the minimum wage and are more adjusted to the ability of the business owner. Nevertheless, the reality on the ground shows that there are still workers who survive, with the reason that any wage is better than no income, such as the workers at the Omah Kakao Doga micro-enterprise. This study aims to examine the form of resilience experienced by female workers at Omah Kakao Doga who face production instability, which impacts the low wages they receive. The analysis was conducted using the resilience theory by Patrick Martin-Breen and J. Marty Anderies, which consists of three variables: common-sense resilience, resilience in an adaptive system, and resilience in an economic system. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive, and data sources were obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and validated through source triangulation. The results of this study show that the three remaining female workers have good resilience because there are positive values that act as the main factor and family support as a supporting factor in the workers acceptance, then there are diversion activities as a form of development of that acceptance, and finally, two workers have started new economic activities to add to their income, while one other worker, although not creating a new economic activity, already had an additional source of income since before working at Omah Kakao Doga. date: 2025-08-12 date_type: published pages: 134 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS DAKWAH DAN KOMUNIKASI thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Syafira Rahma Auliani, NIM.: 21102050025 (2025) RESILIENSI PEKERJA PEREMPUAN DI USAHA MIKRO OMAH KAKAO DOGA, NGLANGGERAN, GUNUNG KIDUL, D.I.
