Employing a qualitative approach with Robert M. Entman's critical discourse analysis method and theories of hegemony, ideology, and geopolitics, this research aims to identify the main themes in the coverage, uncover media framing, and analyze the similarities and differences between the two outlets in framing the resolution of the Israel-Palestine conflict. The findings show that both media share a key characteristic: they are not neutral entities but ideological agents. They do not merely report events; rather, they shape public opinion, construct reader identities, and either reinforce or challenge global hegemony. This study contributes to the fields of communication and media studies, while also enhancing understanding of the strategic role of media as a social agent in efforts toward international conflict resolution.
