The phenomenon of religious organization shifts within a single religion is indeed prevalent in Indonesia. However, research on intra-religious conversion remains limited. The objective of this study is to understand the psychological and spiritual dynamics experienced by individuals during the process of religious conversion. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that both internal and external factors underlie religious conversion. The psychological and spiritual dynamics experienced involve several aspects within the religious conversion process. Cognitive aspects emerge when making the decision to switch to a new organization and understanding. The affective aspect emerges during a crisis when internal turmoil forces the individual to abandon old understandings. The conative aspect emerges when the individual decides to switch on their own volition. The impacts arising from the decision to convert include emotional changes such as feeling relieved because they can leave and be free to study religion, happiness, gratitude, and emotional attachment to Allah SWT and parents. The psychological impacts felt by individuals include feeling relieved, calm, confident, and a sense of inner satisfaction.
