ID - digilib72489 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/72489/ A1 - Muhammad Solihin, NIM.: 18108010029 Y1 - 2025/08/19/ N2 - This study aims to analyze the variables of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Labor Force Participation Rate on changes in Regional Minimum Wage in Sumatra Island for the period 2020-2023. The method used is panel data regression (Fix Effect Model), and the data used is secondary obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and processed using Eviews 12. The estimation results show that 1) GRDP has significant effect on UMR. While 2) CPI has no significant effect on UMR. And 3) TPAK has no significant effect on UMR. 4) GRDP, CPI and TPAK together have a significant effect on UMR. 5) The R-square coefficient indicates a variable of 96% and the remaining 4% is explained by other variables outside the study.
