%X This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic banking knowledge and family environment on the employment decisions of Islamic banking students at Islamic banks, mediated by work interest. The object of this research is Islamic Banking students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta who have completed internships. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique employed is probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS), tested with SmartPLS version 3.3.7. The results of the study indicate that Islamic banking knowledge has no significant effect on employment decisions. The family environment has a significant effect on employment decisions. Islamic banking knowledge significantly influences work interest, while the family environment does not. Work interest significantly affects employment decisions. Furthermore, Islamic banking knowledge has an indirect effect on employment decisions through work interest, while the family environment does not show a significant indirect effect through work interest.
