This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, remuneration, person organization fit, and leadership style on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan S Parman employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a total of 37 respondents from Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan S Parman. The results showed that self efficacy, remuneration, person organization fit, and leadership style had an effect on employee performance.
