        abstract = {This study aims to analyze the influence of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Human Development Index (HDI), and Poverty variables on economic growth with the research object being districts/cities in Java Island in 2018-2023. The data used in this study is panel data. The results of the study show that partially, the Open Unemployment Rate and Poverty have a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth, while the Human Development Index has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth in districts/cities in Java Island in 2018-2023.}
