"The marriage rate in Indonesia has experienced a significant decline, with numerous factors contributing to this trend. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between fathers’ engagement in parenting, emotional maturity, and marriage readiness among young adults.\r\nA quantitative correlational method was employed in this study. The participants were 323 young adults selected through a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected using three scales measuring fathers’ engagement in parenting, emotional maturity, and marriage readiness. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data.\r\nThe results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicated a statistically significant positive relationship between the independent variables (fathers’ engagement in parenting and emotional maturity) and the dependent variable (marriage readiness), as evidenced by the F-test (F = 0.000, p < 0.001). The findings further revealed that higher levels of emotional maturity and fathers’ engagement in parenting were associated with a greater marriage readiness.\r\nThis research hopes to encourage young adults to not rush into the decision to marry and to comprehensively assess their own marriage readiness."^^ .
