At this stage, individuals are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of themselves and their roles. One of the essential aspects that adolescents, particularly those in middle adolescence, need to develop is self-efficacy. Two predictors considered to influence self-efficacy are democratic parenting and social support. This study aims to examine the relationship between democratic parenting and social support with self-efficacy among students at SMK N 4 Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational. A total of 162 students participated as respondents, selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected using modified scales of self-efficacy, democratic parenting, and social support. The results show that simultaneously, there is a significant relationship between democratic parenting and social support with students' self-efficacy. The partical tests result a significant relationship between social support and self efficacy. Whereas democratic parenting style doesn?t have significant relationship with self efficacy.The effective contribution of both variables to self-efficacy was 22,5\%. Specifically, democratic parenting contributed 0,18\%, while social support contributed 22,32\%. The difference test results indicated that there were no significant differences in self-efficacy based on gender or grade level.} }
