Education also needed to create an inclusive and collective environment so that regular students and students with special needs could learn and enjoy education together with mutual respect. Tumbuh Junior High School Yogyakarta provided educational services for all (Education for All), respected and honored differences, and grew in religious, economic, cultural, and special needs diversity. This research examined how the implementation of student management contributed to developing tolerance at Tumbuh Junior High School Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research was to understand the process of implementing student management in forming tolerance as an inclusive school at Tumbuh Junior High School Yogyakarta and to identify the supporting factors of that implementation. The researcher used a field research method with a qualitative approach and the Grounded Theory technique through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were obtained from key informants, namely the Principal, Homeroom Teachers, Guidance Counselors, and Support Teachers. The recorded data were then transcribed into descriptions and interpreted to explain how the process of implementing student management shaped tolerance at Tumbuh Junior High School Yogyakarta. The research results showed that: (1) The implementation of student management in building tolerance at Tumbuh Junior High School Yogyakarta was carried out comprehensively and structurally through four stages: planning, development, evaluation, and student transfer. (2) The success of the student management implementation process in developing tolerance was supported by four factors: teachers? understanding, school policies, parental involvement, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. (3) Various efforts were made by the teachers to build tolerance, so the classroom atmosphere during learning was received positively and inclusively by the students.
