Their success is largely determined by effective human resource management. The Ulil Albab Library of MAN 3 Bantul achieved an “A” accreditation and introduced digital service innovations despite having limited staff and librarians with multiple roles. This study aims to examine the implementation of human resource management. functions, the challenges faced, and the strategies applied to optimize the library as a learning resource. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with participants consisting of the head librarian, library staff, vice principal, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. Source triangulation was applied to ensure data validity. The findings show that human resource management. functions such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procurement, development, compensation, integration, and maintenance have been effectively implemented. Service innovations through SLiMS and Kubuku improved library quality, although challenges remain, including the limited number of certified librarians, insufficient training budgets, and technological adaptation. Structured and innovative human resource management. has proven essential in optimizing the role of the library as a learning resource at MAN 3 Bantul. %Z Nora Saiva Jannana, M.Pd
