"This research is motivated by the suboptimal use of learning media for the topic of biodiversity in Squamata reptiles. Teachers only utilize uncolored printed textbooks, which fail to attract students’ interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to develop a learning medium in the form of an E-Booklet and to examine its feasibility and practicality in biology learning. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, limited implementation, and evaluation, with a focus up to the development stage. Data were collected using validation questionnaires for 2 media experts and 2 material experts, as well as practicality questionnaires for 2 biology teachers and 15 tenth-grade SMA/MA students. The data were analyzed using Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability testing, Aiken’s V for expert and teacher validity testing, and Pearson Product Moment for student responses. The analysis results from material experts showed a validity score of 0.885 and a reliability score of 0.890, indicating that the E-Booklet is highly feasible. The assessment by media experts showed a validity score of 0.9 and a reliability score of 0.90, which also indicates high feasibility. The assessment by biology teachers yielded a validity score of 0.875 and a reliability score of 0.701, suggesting that the E-Booklet is highly practical. Student responses showed that the E-Booklet is highly practical, with a reliability score of 0.963. Therefore, the E-Booklet on the Biodiversity of Reptiles in the Order Squamata at Satoloka Wildlife Park is considered highly feasible and practical for use in classroom learning."^^ .
