Endang Sulistyowati, M.Pd.I. %T PENGARUH PRAKTIK IBADAH DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK MI DI PONDOK PESANTREN AN-NUR YOGYAKARTA %X The context of 21st-century learning demands the simultaneous development of character and academic competence. However, empirical studies that specifically link worship practices and discipline to mathematics achievement particularly at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level within a pesantren-based environment remain very limited. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine: (1) the effect of worship practices on mathematics learning outcomes; (2) the effect of discipline on mathematics learning outcomes; and (3) the simultaneous effect of worship practices and discipline on the mathematics learning outcomes of MI students at Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 85 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The instrument comprised 18 items for the worship practices variable and 12 items for the discipline variable. Based on the normality test, the data were not normally distributed; therefore, the analysis was conducted using Spearman correlation and nonparametric regression with the bootstrap method. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of worship practices on mathematics learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient of 0.332 (X1) and a significance value of p = 0.000, indicating a moderately strong and statistically significant relationship; (2) there was a positive and significant effect of discipline on mathematics learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient of 0.587 (X2) and a significance value of p = 0.000, indicating a moderately strong and statistically significant relationship; (3) there was a simultaneous effect of worship practices and discipline on mathematics learning outcomes, with a coefficient of determination R² = 0.614 and a significance value of p = 0.000. This means that 61.4% of the variation in learning outcomes can be explained by these two variables. The regression equation obtained was Y = 51.944 + 0.332X1 + 0.587X2. These findings indicate that the higher the level of students’ worship practices and discipline, the better their learning achievement.
