The study is motivated by the urgency of strengthening religious and moderate character in education, especially in the face of rising intolerance and radicalism within Indonesia's multicultural society. The growing phenomenon of intolerance among students indicates that education has not yet fully become an effective moral filter. In response to this, MTs. Al-Furqon Sanden recognizes the importance of LVE as a strategic and meaningful approach in deeply shaping the religious and moderate character of students. This study adopts a qualitative research method with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through observation, indepth interviews, and documentation at MTs. Al-Furqon Sanden Yogyakarta. Data analysis utilized the Miles & Huberman model, which involves data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure data validity, this study employed source and technique triangulation. The main findings of the study indicate that the internalization of Living Values Education (LVE) in shaping moderate character is carried out systematically in two main dimensions: value-based atmosphere and value-based activities. The school environment, built with a ma'arif nuance and upholding moderate values such as inclusivity, nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and balance, is formed from the school's culture, interactions, and meaningful activities. The success of this internalization is measured by five main LVE indicators: Value-awareness is reflected in students' understanding of these values, transformation is evident in students' changes, well-being is reflected in students' happiness in living out these values, connectedness indicates that social connections are not yet fully equitable, and agency is reflected in students' desire to continue living out these values. %Z Muqowim, M.
