%X This study explores the reinforcement of Islamic values and religious moderation in early childhood through Syair Ibarat and Khabar Kiamat by Tuan Guru Sapat Syeikh Abdurrahman Shiddiq al-Banjari. The research is based on the lack of utilization of classical Malay religious literature in early childhood education, despite its strong educational potential.  Using a qualitative approach and content analysis method, the study examines the text of the syair along with supporting literature and documentation. The findings reveal that the syair emphasizes the pillars of Islam—testimony of faith, prayer, almsgiving, fasting, and pilgrimage—delivered in simple language accessible to children. Moreover, it instills values of religious moderation, such as mutual assistance, peaceful coexistence, rejection of violence, and respect for local culture. Thus, these works are proven relevant as local wisdom-based learning media that foster religious and moderate character formation in early childhood.
