"This research is motivated by students who still have low environmental\r\nawareness, low critical thinking skills, conventional teaching methods, limitations\r\nof learning modules, and low student engagement. This research is conducted with\r\nthe aim to 1) Develop an IPAS learning module for fourth grade on the theme of\r\nloving the environment through a constructivist approach and a problem-based\r\nlearning model as a learning medium. 2) Describe the feasibility of the developed\r\nmodule. 3) Analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the module in\r\nfostering environmental awareness and critical thinking skills among students at\r\nMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan.\r\nThis research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the\r\nADDIE development procedure: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,\r\nEvaluation. 1) Analysis, conducting analysis of students' needs, curriculum\r\nanalysis, and analysis of students' characteristics. 2) Design, gathering materials\r\nand images, creating drafts, and designing the module. 3) Development, the\r\nactivities of developing the module which is then tested by material experts, media\r\nexperts, and language experts. 4) Implementation, applying the IPAS learning\r\nmodule to 15 fourth-grade MI Baitul Hikmah students, from March 10, 2025, to\r\nApril 15, 2025. 5) Evaluation, the results of all stages from analysis to\r\nimplementation.\r\nThe results of this study show that: 1) the IPAS learning module on the theme\r\nof loving the environment for 4th grade through a constructivist approach and\r\nproblem-based learning model in printed form consists of a module description,\r\nlearning outcomes, an introduction to the book content, dimensions of graduate\r\nprofiles, learning activities, competency tests, reflections, and a glossary. 2) the\r\nIPAS learning module is considered feasible to be implemented according to the\r\nstatements provided by material experts, media experts, and language experts. 3)\r\nthe IPAS learning module is stated to be effective in fostering environmental\r\nawareness and critical thinking among students based on the pre-test and post-test\r\nresults, which show a significant improvement in students' understanding. The\r\naverage environmental awareness score increased from 48.67 to 86.00, while the\r\ncritical thinking score increased from 43.33 to 84.67. The N-Gain index of 0.72 for\r\nenvironmental awareness and 0.74 for critical thinking indicates that the\r\neffectiveness of the module falls into the high category, thus this module successfully\r\nenhanced the students' understanding with fairly optimal results."^^ .
